An existing Venice bungalow is given new life through a total interior and exterior remodel. A maze-like existing floor plan was opened up to create an open living space with connections to exterior living areas in the back and front of the home. New window and skylight openings bring light and beach breezes into the heart of the home. The exterior articulation is a modern interpretation of the craftsman bungalows that Venice is famous for.
